Terms of Service for Just Team

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Just Team ("we", "our", or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our service.

2. Description of Service

Just Team provides scheduling, team management, and educational meeting synchronization tools. The platform allows users to manage educational events, view personal schedules, and integrate with third-party services such as Google Calendar to generate and synchronize event details.

3. Account Authentication & Third-Party Services

You sign in to Just Team via Slack. To use scheduling features, you may connect your Google Account via OAuth 2.0. By connecting your Google Account, you grant Just Team permission to access your Google Calendar solely to perform requested scheduling actions (such as generating Google Meet links and displaying session schedules). You can disconnect your Google Account at any time. You remain responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

4. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree to use Just Team only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

• Use the service for illegal, unauthorized, or fraudulent purposes.
• Attempt to interfere with, disrupt, or compromise the integrity or security of the service.
• Misuse calendar integrations to spam, abuse, or send unauthorized invitations to third parties.

5. User Data and Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and safeguard your personal information and Google User Data.

6. Termination of Access

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to Just Team at our discretion, without prior notice, if you breach these Terms of Service or engage in misuse of the platform.

7. Limitation of Liability

Just Team and its features are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Just Team shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use or inability to use the service.
